Q - Can I rent a unit after hours?
A - Yes, our website is fully automated and you can rent a unit anytime of day.
Q - Do I have to rent online?
A - No, you can call us at 812-838-9959 and we can handle over the phone.
Q - Do you have an office?
A - No, we have no office on site.
Q - Are you local?
A - Yes, the facility owner lives nearby.
Q - If I rent a unit today, what do I have have to pay?
A - For the first month you will pay 1 full month rent, and we pro-rate the second month. We also charge a $20 security deposit.
Q - What do I do when I move out?
A - Just let us know before the end of hte month if you no longer need your unit and sweep it clean. We will then return your deposit via a check in the mail.
Q - Are there any other fees?
A - Late fee of $10 applies if payment is not made by the 10th of the month. If no payment is received for 90 days, the unit will go elegible for auction and additonal fees apply.
Q - I recevied a notice that I am locked out. What does that mean?
A - If no payment is recieved by the 10th of the month, the system disables your gate code. All you have to do if make a payment and the system re-enables your code.
Q - Can I share my gate code with friend?
A - No. If you want to share a unit, we will need to add your friend as an authorized user and give them thier own gate code.
Q - Do you provide locks?
A - No, we don't sell locks. Ace Hardware is the closest place to buy a lock. We recommend using a high secuity round (looks like a hockey puck) lock.
